Ubisoft has just announced that the next generation versions of its critically acclaimed 2D platformer, Rayman Legends, will be coming out on February 21st, one week earlier than originally planned.
Thanks to the enhanced capabilities of the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, Rayman Legends will boast even prettier visuals, in addition to the loading times between maps being suppressed. Additionally, Rayman and Globox will get new costumes: Splinter Ray, Ray Vaas and Globox Vaas for XB1, and Assassin Ray on PS4. Funky Ray will also be available, via Uplay.
Even better – the XB1 will get ten exclusive challenges to unlock new time-limited achievements, while the PS4 will allow use of the controller’s touchpad for actions such as scratching Lucky Tickets, as well as making and sharing screenshots and videos with the community. Gamers can also use the PlayStation Vita for remote play.
