Shawn Layden, president and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, has revealed interesting facts regarding the PlayStation 4 during Sony’s E3 press conference.
Below is a list of statistics regarding the PS4:
- 95 percent of the PlayStation 4’s have connected to the Internet
- 1.25 billion hours have been spent on playing games
- Over 1 billion multiplayer matches have been played
- The PS4’s share button has been pressed 220 million times
- There have been over 150 million spectating sections
This has all happened less than a year after PlayStation 4’s first launch in the U.S.
