An employee from European video game retailer GAME has leaked what could potentially be release dates for the upcoming wave of Super Smash Bros. amiibo.
The employee, who wishes to remain anonymous, took a picture of the release dates pulled up on a computer as seen below. The employee said the release date could simply be a placeholder. However, since the release dates for the Super Mario Bros. series amiibo are listed at the March 20 date, and placeholder dates are often listed during the last day of the month, the April 24 release date is likely accurate.
The new Smash Bros. amiibo, alongside the Super Mario Bros. series, were originally announced last month during a Nintendo Direct, but currently have an official spring 2015 release window. The fourth wave will release Charizard, Ness, Wario, Robin, Lucina and Pac-Man amiibo. Analog Addiction will give you the word as soon as we hear an official release date from Nintendo.
